Over the past weekend, I had the honor of shooting a few more bands for the benefit.
Arriving just in time for the Hellion’s set, I heard that incredible sound that is Ramones-like with a twist.
Heavier than the Ramones, but definitely distinct.
Up next, Hover…
Hover – After Alex left us, the remaining members got together for acoustic/electric sets.
The music is excellent, as was their songwriting in Hollace…What more can I say? Give them a listen the next time they are out playing.

Headlining the night: Slipping into Darkness
Slipping into Darkness is a band that has a 60s and 70s flair with a modern twist to their sound.
Hard rocking and very tight, they have a sound that is quite different from the sounds of the eras that they are bringing back to my ears.
